Since I haven’t posted anything with ray tracing yet, I will post all of the resources here.
First, there’s a really great tutorial on ray tracing from Siggraph. This can be found here
Next, here’s a good resource for ray triangle intersection.
Luke has a good tutorial on generating rays here
Equations for multiple types of primitives can be found here
A nice site for refraction can be found here. This site also contains resources on different materials you can pass through.
Steve has “pseudo-code” posted for finding a refraction ray here.
